NOT your insurance company's choice, or the person who hit you in a third party situation.
Remember, it is YOUR vehicle in question.

Only ONE estimate is required. There are two ways to obtain an estimate:
Your insurance company may assess the damages to your vehicle; or You can receive an estimate from the bodyshop you have chosen.


The insurance company has the right to inspect the damages to your vehicle and/or approve your bodyshop's estimate.


If the person who hit your vehicle has requested to pay for the repairs themselves, beware of:
It is still your choice of the bodyshop; There may be additional "hidden" damage which will change the repair price; and if the bodyshop does not receive payment, a Garagemen's Lien will be placed upon YOUR vehicle.

Glass Replacement

Onsite full glass replacement service includes removal and installation of door glass, sunroof glass, windshield, rear glass, mirrors and more. All Insurance Estimates are Honored.

Structural Inspection Station

If you have a vehicle that is branded as a "Salvage Vehicle" or is out of Province "Rebuilt" we are a fully licensed Ontario Inspection Station that may perform a structural inspection to transfer your vehicle into "Ontario Rebuilt" status. For more information please visit www.ontariosalvage.com.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Astra Motors Inc hereby provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order. This is a labor only, fragmented four part Limited Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:

1. METALWORK:

Astra Motors Inc provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The Shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

2. PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS:

Astra Motors Inc provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and, a ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions not which the vehicles warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made for painting and ONE (1) YEAR for decals, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Paint Warranty is valid only over original finishes that are free of defect.

3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS:

Astra Motors Inc provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original specific repair, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. The shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within ONE (1) YEAR of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

4. PARTS:

Astra Motors Inc provides a THREE (3) MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY on new or used parts installed by the Shop, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. The Shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within THREE (3) MONTHS of the effects date started herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Astra Motors Inc This warranty is not transferable. SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED are incidental cost, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this LIMITED WARRANTY, nor or consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair. THIS STATES ALL THE LIMITED WARRANTIES made by Astra Motors Inc and contains the only promises for which it shall be responsible.
